The state Superior Court has decided not to force Graham Spanier to file a complaint in the possible defamation action he has pending against Louis Freeh.
On Monday, the court denied Freeh’s appeal of a trial court’s decision to stay Spanier’s defamation suit pending the outcome of ongoing criminal proceedings against Spanier, an ex-Penn State University president.
