An Erie County Court of Common Pleas judge has been charged by the Judicial Conduct Board with misconduct in connection with several heated exchanges and off-the-bench incidents involving attorneys, witnesses, litigants and court staff.

The JCB lodged charges against Judge Stephanie Domitrovich that include ethics violations, including failing to be courteous, failing to maintain professional competence and failing to disqualify herself during proceedings in which her impartiality could be questioned, according to a complaint filed with the Court of Judicial Discipline on Monday.
