A restructuring of Jefferson Health System that did away with the need for the 40-person staff working for the system’s parent entity meant Deputy General Counsel R. Christopher Raphaely was back on the market for a private-practice gig.
And he found one as the new co-chairman of Cozen O’Connor’s health care practice. Raphaely joined the firm Wednesday in its Philadelphia office. He will co-chair the practice with Mark H. Gallant, who had led the team prior to Raphaely’s arrival.
