Another law firm representing former NFL players in the litigation over head injuries has asked the federal judge handling the case to make the data underpinning the recently reached settlement available to all of the dozens of lawyers in the case.

The Washington, D.C., firm of Zuckerman Spaeder, which represents 24 former players, echoed the reasoning of a motion filed by Corboy & Demetrio in Chicago earlier this week that had asked the court to provide all of the data relied upon by co-lead counsel—Sol Weiss of Anapol Schwartz and Christopher Seeger of Seeger Weiss—and the NFL in reaching the agreement.
