A commercial landlord won more than $400,000 in attorney fees from a former tenant after it prevailed on its breach of contract claim with representation from Ballard Spahr.
U.S. Magistrate Judge David R. Strawbridge of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania awarded almost the entire amount sought by NRFC Philmont Holdings, finding that the rates charged by Ballard Spahr and the amount of work it did were reasonable.
