A website allegedly used by one Philadelphia-area financial planner and insurance provider to disparage a competitor is the center of a Lanham Act suit in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Phillip Cannella and his company, First Senior Financial Group, initially brought a suit in 2012 against an anonymous Internet blogger identified as “Watchdog” and several Doe defendants over the website called www.TruthAboutCannella.com, which maligned Cannella and his business, called FSFG for short.
