When Bob sees something that is unfair, he acts to fix it. Bob does not hesitate to tell his clients this “moral compass” guides his practice as a person and, even more importantly for them, as a lawyer. His clients love it. They think Gregory Peck in “To Kill a Mockingbird.” Bob loves it, too. Once he mentions the moral compass thing, the prospective client becomes an actual client. It is automatic.
