I am considering running for judicial office in Pennsylvania in 2015. Under the new Code of Judicial Conduct, what can I say or not say during the judicial campaign?

The days of prohibiting a judicial officer from speaking out on issues during a campaign are gone. Judicial officers now can discuss issues, particularly philosophical preferences. But there are still limitations, despite recent Supreme Court rulings.
