Former Philadelphia Municipal Court Judge Joseph C. Waters Jr. pleaded guilty in federal court Wednesday to corruption charges stemming from fixing cases for campaign donors.

Waters’ attorney, Michael Engle of Greenblatt, Pierce, Engle, Funt & Flores, said Waters reached a plea deal with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in relation to one count of mail fraud and another count of honest services wire fraud brought against him.
