State Attorney General Kathleen Kane has offered two defendants in the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission corruption case accelerated rehabilitative disposition in exchange for a dismissal of charges.

Attorneys representing defendants Dennis Miller and Jeffrey Suzenski confirmed that the AG’s office has offered ARD to their clients, both of whom face charges of seeking improper influence in connection with the commission’s employment and procurement practices. The agreements to enter the ARD program are subject to the approval of Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas Judge Richard A. Lewis, the attorneys said. A hearing on the issue is scheduled for today.
