A federal judge has allowed to proceed half of the claims legal services consulting company Mattern & Associates filed in its trade-secrets case against Latham & Watkins.

U.S. District Judge C. Darnell Jones II of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania denied last week Latham’s motion to dismiss Mattern’s breach of contract and Pennsylvania Uniform Trade Secrets Act claims, but dismissed the company’s claims for unjust enrichment and an accounting.
