While the Philadelphia lateral market has been languishing when it comes to firms hiring from one another, in-house counsel seem to be an attractive draw.

In the last few weeks, three area firms have hired lawyers from senior in-house positions, with two such instances serving as a homecoming for the lawyers who left those firms to join a client. Each of the three cover legal issues involving various aspects of the health care industry.
