Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young partner Mark Chopko presented at the XV International Congress of Canon Law on Sept. 18 at Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.

Chopko discussed the relationship between preliminary investigations under the Catholic Church’s canon law and the secular civil and criminal investigations that often occur in parallel when there are accusations of wrongdoing in a church.
