More than 20 cases brought against health insurance company Aetna have been centralized in federal court in Philadelphia.
The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation sent 22 cases filed across the country to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania after finding that they shared enough in common to be consolidated.
