The Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania (HBAPA) is set to feature a discussion by state and federal Latino jurists during its second Judicial Panel at 6 p.m. Nov. 13 at Ballard Spahr, 1735 Market St., Philadelphia.
The HBAPA Legal Education Fund and the Hispanic National Bar Association are sponsoring the event. The theme of the evening is: “Diversity and the Judiciary: Success Stories From the Latino Community.”
