What changes are proposed to the Rules of Professional Conduct concerning maintenance of financial records and other matters?
There are some rather rigid rules that are pending before the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. To some extent, lawyers only have themselves to blame. There have been so many cases before the Office of Disciplinary Counsel where records were requested that were required to be maintained and the lawyers didn't maintain them.
