The U.S. Senate has confirmed the fourth and final judge from the package of nominees presented in June to join the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Joseph Leeson, who comes from the Bethlehem, Pa., firm of Leeson, Leeson & Leeson, was confirmed Thursday, one day after Mark Kearney and Gerald Pappert were confirmed and about two weeks after Wendy Beetlestone.
