Observers are unsure whether the Judicial Conduct Board plans to continue investigating a collection of emails between Supreme Court justices and the Attorney General’s Office, but some say it should.

It’s been over a month since former Justice Seamus P. McCaffery announced his retirement from the court in the wake of the email scandal that brought conflict among Supreme Court justices to a head. But there may be some matters still to be resolved on the issue.
