During the 2014 Philadelphia Bar Association Bench-Bar Annual Conference in Atlantic City, N.J., the Law Practice Management Committee hosted “Creating and Maintaining a Diverse and Inclusive Law Practice for All.” I had the privilege to address best practices law firms can institute for attorneys who are parents.
