The Commonwealth Court has denied a right-to-know request for an email a former supervising grand jury judge sent a prosecutor regarding his opinion of the prosecution of convicted serial child molester Jerry Sandusky.
Ryan Bagwell, a Penn State alumnus, had sought to obtain an email that former grand jury supervising Judge Barry Feudale sent from a private account to Frank G. Fina, who was a lead prosecutor of Sandusky. The email was later sent to H. Geoffrey Moulton Jr. as part of a review of the Sandusky prosecution.
