The NCAA’s bid to have its dispute over a $60 million penalty it levied against Penn State University aired in federal court has been tossed.
U.S. District Judge Yvette Kane of the Middle District ruled on Tuesday that issues the National Collegiate Athletic Association raised in its federal suit are already being properly litigated in state court.
