A Dauphin County judge has denied the bid by three former Penn State administrators charged with covering up the crimes of convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky to have the cases against them dropped.
In so ruling, Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas Judge Todd A. Hoover determined that the conduct of former Penn State General Counsel Cynthia Baldwin and the Office of Attorney General prosecutors did not interfere with the defendants’ constitutional rights.
