An embattled district attorney who has been accused of forging a judge’s signature is claiming that she is the subject of a conspiracy.

Centre County District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller filed a petition to have property returned that was seized during a police search of her office in connection with the alleged forgery Jan. 24. In her petition, which was filed Monday with the Centre County Court of Common Pleas, Parks Miller alleged the search was ordered as retaliation against her by Centre County commissioners, the county solicitor and two attorneys for various prosecutions and investigations her office executed.
