Pennsylvania’s Office of the Attorney General wants to claw back 28 pages of lawyer’s notes that it accidentally handed over in discovery in a case filed by a former state trooper against the Pennsylvania State Police.

The federal judge in charge of the case, U.S. District Judge Mark R. Hornak of the Western District of Pennsylvania, issued an opinion on the matter, but held off on ruling until he hears oral argument on the motions for summary judgment.
