The state Supreme Court has requested an investigation into the disclosure of an order that was issued as part of the stayed proceedings involving state Attorney General Kathleen Kane’s alleged leak of grand jury secrets.
Recently unsealed documents in the case show the state Supreme Court has called on the state Office of Disciplinary Counsel to investigate the disclosure of a previously sealed court order.
