With Gov. Tom Wolf proposing and implementing changes for the oil and natural gas industry in Pennsylvania, several legal industry insiders are predicting increased regulations for oil and natural gas development over the next few years.
Although many who spoke with the Law Weekly said it could be too early to tell exactly what this will mean for the supporting legal work, most agreed that when it comes to the oil and gas industry and the related legal work, there is a lot of uncertainty right now.
