With the largest number of judicial candidates in recent memory running for vacancies on the city’s bench, the Philadelphia Bar Association has its hands full with evaluating each candidate’s fitness for office.

The upcoming judicial election has seen 47 candidates come forward to participate. Philadelphia’s judicial race also coincides with other high-profile contests including the mayoral, City Council, state Supreme Court and Superior Court elections.
