As a matter of law, a letter bearing the heading "AUDIT NOTICE" did not violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, when it was clear from reading the letter in its entirety that the audit referred to applied to the defendant's client and even the least sophisticated debtor could not interpret the letter to mean that the recipient would be audited. Motion for summary judgment granted.
