A broad protection order barring disclosure of pretrial discovery materials will stay in place in the Paterno v. NCAA suit, the judge overseeing the case has ruled.
The estate of Joe Paterno was seeking to modify a protection order that had been granted in September 2014 to allow for pretrial discovery to be disclosed; however, Potter County Court of Common Pleas Judge John B. Leete ruled last week that the original protection order will stand.
