The Pennsylvania Supreme Court seems to be making marginal improvements in productivity, a comparison of 2014 statistics on the court’s rulings to the past several years shows.
The court disposed of 151 matters in 2014, according to an annual report from the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts, by 132 opinions. That number is comparable to the number of opinions filed from 2011 to 2013, after a dip down to 85 full opinions in 2010.
