State Attorney General Kathleen Kane’s challenge to a postponed contempt hearing over her firing of a top deputy is set to be heard today in the Montgomery County courthouse.
Arguments, which are expected to focus on her challenge to a contempt hearing initially scheduled for today, are set to begin at 9:30 a.m. in the Norristown courthouse before a three-judge panel.
