Citizens Bank lost its bid to recover what it lost from an alleged identity-theft scheme run through a medical billing company.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit upheld the district court’s dismissal of the case, which had initially been brought under the federal Stored Communications Act with several state-law claims.
