A federal magistrate judge has sanctioned Dietz & Watson for repeated discovery violations in a bad-faith suit against Liberty Mutual Insurance Co.
The sanctions in Dietz & Watson v. Liberty Mutual Insurance include both the attorney fees Liberty Mutual had to pay to compel the discovery and the waiver of attorney-client privilege for documents improperly withheld by Dietz & Watson.
