The Commonwealth Court has upheld an arbitrator’s “narrow” awards for SEPTA police officers who challenged their sick leave amounts.
The court, setting aside arguments that records were flawed and enforcement of paid sick time was inconsistent, held the transit agency acted in accordance with its collective bargaining agreement with the officers, and upheld a series of case-by-case decisions.
