Michael R. Nelson, the last remaining name partner of Nelson Brown Hamilton & Krekstein, has left the firm to join Sutherland Asbill & Brennan.
Sutherland announced Monday that Nelson and four other former Nelson Brown attorneys have joined the firm’s insurance litigation group in its New York office. The attorneys are expected to expand Sutherland’s insurance class-action defense and complex litigation capabilities.
