Richard Silfen has left his role as general counsel at the embattled American Realty Capital Properties to rejoin his former firm, Duane Morris.

ARCP, which has been in the news over the real estate investment trust’s intentional concealing of a $23 million accounting error in 2014, on Tuesday named Lauren Goldberg as its new general counsel. Prior to that, Goldberg had served as general counsel of cosmetics company Revlon.
