The wife of a truck driver who was killed in a two-truck accident has reached settlement with the other driver, that driver’s employer and the company that leased to the employer.

Patrick L. Webb, PBM Logistics LLC and Republic National Industries have agreed to pay $3.97 million to Allison Kowalski, whose husband died in the 2011 accident. The settlement, reached May 13, is pending approval in the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas, and in New York, where the plaintiff was appointed administrator of the decedent’s estate.
