A bus passenger who fell during her ride will not be able to take her personal injury case to a jury without demonstrating unusual movement of the bus, the Commonwealth Court has ruled.
In a reported decision filed June 5, the court affirmed an order granting summary judgment to the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, which faced a claim from passenger Robin Bost-Pearson.
