Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman is set to enter the Washington, D.C., market and launch a new practice group in internal investigations through a merger with a small firm.

The firm announced Monday its plans to bring on four lawyers from Thaler Liebeler, effective June 29. The deal will allow Cohen Seglias, which practices in construction, federal contracting, commercial litigation and other areas, to open an office in the nation’s capital.
