With another top prosecutor in the state recently facing allegations of misconduct, yet another hole in state law has been revealed regarding how prosecutors may be investigated and prosecuted.
Late last month, a grand jury that had been tasked with investigating Centre County District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller for forgery allegations said there was not enough evidence to support any charges.
