The federal suit against Anapol Schwartz and Raynes McCarty brought by a gay attorney over his scuttled lateral move has been dismissed.

U.S. District Judge L. Felipe Restrepo of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Tuesday signed an order dismissing the retaliation suit pursuant to Rule 41.1(b). The one-page order, which was entered by the court Wednesday, did not indicate whether the case was dismissed pursuant to a settlement.
