Auto-repair garage and strip club owner Henry P. “Eddy” Alfano was sentenced Monday by a federal judge to three years of probation after pleading guilty to trading pornographic videos, seafood and auto repairs to a Philadelphia Traffic Court judge for fixing his friends’ tickets.

Alfano’s sentencing brings the Traffic Court case to a close after two years of activity, beginning when the indictments against multiple Traffic Court judges, an administrator, Alfano, and another businessman were issued in 2013. The Traffic Court was disbanded by the state legislature that year in the wake of the ticket-fixing scandal.
