Andrea Constand, who sued Bill Cosby for sexual assault in 2005, has filed a complaint against the former Montgomery County district attorney who declined to prosecute Cosby that year.
Constand’s lawsuit alleges one count of defamation and one count of false-light invasion of privacy by former district attorney and current Montgomery County Commissioner Bruce L. Castor Jr. Castor is currently running for Montgomery County district attorney.
