The state Superior Court has declined to toss businessman Jeffrey E. Perelman’s Dragonetti suit against Dilworth Paxson over the firm’s representation of the Perelman family patriarch, Raymond G. Perelman.

A unanimous three-judge panel of the court Tuesday rejected Dilworth’s argument that the suit should be barred because a federal court in a related suit had denied a sanctions motion against Dilworth based on the same alleged misconduct.
