Senior Judge Barry F. Feudale, whose private emails to a group of reporters and attorneys were released last month by Attorney General Kathleen Kane, has made good on his promise to file a formal complaint against Kane with several authorities across the state.
Feudale sent to the press Wednesday copies of a complaint and a list describing supporting evidence for allegations he makes against Kane ranging from a professional ethics violation to computer crimes related to the Office of Attorney General’s access and dissemination of his emails.
