Despite the consistent drumbeat of a low-growth market for legal services, Pennsylvania law firms appear to have found a way to improve their financial performance while paying associates more and resorting to layoffs less.
According to results from the 20th annual Managing Partners Survey, there was a significant increase in the number of firms that saw revenues and profits increase as well as the number of firms that held costs steady.
