Parties are set to argue over the dismissal of a series of class actions filed on behalf of children against Google and Viacom over the tracking of information gathered from their use of the Nickelodeon network’s website.

Set to be heard by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit on Tuesday morning, the litigation was originally dismissed by the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, which ruled the plaintiffs failed to show how the minor Web users’ privacy was breached.
