The continuing sad saga of pornography and emails and the impact it’s having on the legal and judicial system continues due to the absolutely irresponsible conduct of the attorney general of Pennsylvania. Her motive is really only to distract and divert from her serious acts of misconduct and total mismanagement of her office. A previous article has been written about these emails and in reality it’s much ado about nothing.

But the biggest concern for the judiciary and the legal system with these emails, whatever one’s view of the emails may be, is the invasion of privacy and the misguided concept that there always has to be transparency even as to public official’s and non-public official’s private thoughts.
