Pennsylvania’s federal courts typically deal with a myriad of issues on a day-to-day basis, but a string of notable cases spanning the state’s three federal districts this year had themes that may be reminiscent of a 1978 Warren Zevon song.
Whether it was high-profile officials calling on their lawyers to defend them in criminal cases, Second Amendment issues, or litigation involving vast sums of money, 2015 was an active year for the Eastern, Middle and Western district courts.
