K&L Gates has added two new partners in Pittsburgh, continuing its yearlong growth of its investment management practice firmwide. But overall, the firm has seen more than triple the number of partners leave since the start of January 2015 as it has hired.

In the last year, K&L Gates has hired 52 partners and saw 167 depart, according to a review of attorney moves based on data from ALM’s RivalEdge. K&L Gates’ ­newest hire, Michelle Repp, is included in both of those groups.
